CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings can be cancelled without any penalty up to 48 hours before the check-in date; for late cancellations (after 48 hours before the arrival date), we will charge the price of the first night as penalty.
NO SHOW PENALTY
If no cancellation has been received (at least 48 hours before the arrival date) and you fail to show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable. If you chose credit card as guarantee for your reservation, the cost of the first night will be charged on your card.
